Many birds use UV light as an attractant, this is very true of flocking birds such as Pigeons. The white feathers on the bird reflect UV light (white is the best at doing this). So it follows, if you can make the white on your decoys reflect high levels of UV, birds from afar will spot the decoys and come in to the pattern.

 

UV pens can be purchased almost any where these days and are used to detect forged notes.

and you should the marks be put on the white bits of the deeks ???

OMG from what i see i was the 1st person to even Advise people Use a UV pen on there decoys. just READ over the posts befor putting in yet another of the same dame topic lol.. I told yall how to do it. Why it works. and so on..
