luapwho 3 Posted March 8, 2010 Report Share Posted March 8, 2010 just an off chance that maybe there is a falconer out there that needs a ferreter to help them bolt some rabbits for them as i have a good stock of working ferrets and also have field experience as i have been doing it for 12 years or more now and i am based close to hemel,harrow,watford,south-mimms,london-colney,st albans but am also willing to travel for about an hour an a half of these locations,cheers Quote Link to post

hullhunter 219 Posted March 18, 2010 Report Share Posted March 18, 2010 (edited) i did a bit of ferreting for a bloke with harris's the deal was he tourght me about falconry and i tourght him about ferreting but as soon as he new the score on ferreting he got his own ferrets and fecked me off the i wouldnt mind but the season before he got 3 rabbits all year and in the 3 weeks i ferreted for him we got over 40 rabbits and a rat and thats the thanks i got. bunny tickler 876 Posted March 18, 2010 Report Share Posted March 18, 2010 i took some hawk men ferreting with me ,i bolted 23 wabbits ,they never got 1 of them great big open cheshire fields i would have had everyone with the gun or nets ,plus the hawks will kill the ferrets if your not carefull mate Quote Link to post
