the pikey poacher 1,157 Posted February 28, 2010 Report Share Posted February 28, 2010 i could not belive what i saw yesterday a young leveret in a seat no bigger than my phone took some pics will put them up tommorow has anyone ever known hares to have young this early in the year and dont try and say its because of warmer weather cause we have had snow recently and loads of f in rain anyone else seen any about? berty1 8 Posted February 28, 2010 Report Share Posted February 28, 2010 My nephew shot and retrieved a hare with his dog 4-5 weeks ago that wasnt running right, when the dog retrieved it she was full of young. The cold weather hasnt put them off breeding. Quote Link to post
