MR TEA POT 1,287
Went ferreting on saturday with BODGERBEAR,who tagged along for a bit more training.Did a few little setts just a last day stroll about, nothing serious just a relaxing morning out.We saw a few young about and managed 5 so not a bad day, today was about teaching BODGERBEAR the art of ferreting who i am pleased to say is coming on great. A few pics The hedgerow we did. BODGERBEAR in action. A rabbit bolts at his feet. He sprung into action.Like a cat he was And got the rabbit. Here he is burying the guts as he was taught to .Please don't take the p1ss out of his GARDEN CENTRE BORDER SPADE the one he had last week was too big so he went and bought this,he shown it me on my drive and i said put it away before the neighbours see it. And the EOD shot 5 rabbits taken which made BODGERBEAR happy as it was his PB. He asked me on the phone if i wanted any weldmesh,so i said yes he bought me 7 big rolls of the stuff all free of charge . I will be busy making some cage traps out of this lot Well just to say thanks to BODGERBEAR for coming over to help me out,you are welcome back in the new season anytime. 2 Quote Link to post

Guest bodgerbear
I knew that bloody spade was a mistake lol. Big thank you to Paul just hope September hurrys up here to get cracking again. Glad the weld mesh is doing some good. Well the biggest lesson I learnt is how to make tea as my first Attempt tasted like I'd strained it through my bleeding sock. fingers crossed it will get better. As itsnearly mothers day the spade has been washed and will be given as a present lol. Cheers for all your help Paul atb bodgerbear Quote Link to post
