Female Harris

Best harris we ever had even though she was always grumpy.Still she was a killing machine.

 

Out yesterday on her bow perch getting some sun and unbeknown to us the next door neighbors Ferret was on the loose. It was over in a flash. I found her with what was left of the ferret still in her talon but it had got her first and sadly she had bled out. She was only out for about 15mins. Still in shock.

sorry to hear that mate and you must be gutted and hope she also killed the ferret but dont think i could have controlled my temper and would have definately give the neighbour a dig for not locking up the ferrets and even though it was an accident i would have thoughtaboutmyreactions after,sorryabout the bird mate

dont mean to be straight in there so soon but because you said she was a bit grumpy well i am selling a nutter female harris,its up for sale on here,let me know as she is on weight and ready to go but dont mean to sound like a sale pitch because i am gutted for ya

Thanks mate but I will have to start all over again as she was a specialist on seagulls and scuts. She had to work for a living.

 

Already got a male for field work who is gonna be a bit lonely for a while.

Bad new pal! I have had some shit in different circumstance over the years expecially when the wife left the back window open and the Patterdales got out and Mullered my Finnish male Gos in the weathering, it took me a good while to get over it as I'm sure it will you but you always brush yourself down and get another one thumbs.gif .....
