ah now theres a name remeber when all terriers all shapes and sizes little

and leggy , tan, white , black, red , were called hunt terriers

Is a hunt terrier not just a terrier that the hunt work. Surely that is every type terrier. On a saturday we have a guy from WD who has two black dogs, another with a red and black, and I have a russel and fell/lakeland. My Terriers are kpet in kennels with hounds so they are Hunt Terriers I suppose?

Yep a Hunt Terrier is any and all breeds of Terrier that will work!
