TOPPER 1,809
you can get electrlyes at the chemists , dyoralyle is fine for dogs or dextrose solution will be ok , but in realitiy dogs have to be very weak before they need electrlytes a drop of sugar water will do wonders,

inan 841
hi all, where is the best place to get elecorite solutions for running dogs from, sorry if its spelt wrong, thanks. The Greyhound Shop in Chiswick, sells Recharge which is a good electrolyte solution for dogs ,it comes in a plastic container and is diluted as per instructions. Electrolyte solutions are specially formulted to replace what a dog loses during heavy exertion ,ie coursing[preban],a busy night's lamping etc.Sugar water and Human electrolytes will only partly compensate for what is lost.
