jasper65 6
Beeen patiently waiting for the right gun and finally picked one up a couple of days ago ... I'm a bit pissed off as I can't recharge it until I get a different charge hose, the one that came with the Divers tank is the wrong fitment so I now have to wait until Tuesday before I can pick one up from the gunshop .... the gun had 150 Bar in it when I picked it up and its now down to around 145Bar and not dropped off as yet! has anyone eny idea when they start to drop off before they need topping up? anyway looking forward to getting out and about and joining the "Gay .177 Pre Charge Club"... Hope you all had a good one lads Jasper Quote Link to post

black lab 3
Very nice mate my AirArms S400 is very old now, i have had it 12 years+ and still works great i have the stirup pump {nightmare} :showoff: and i worked out i get a shot per pump, my AirArms goes up to 180 bar and i recon when it get's to approx 10 bar it just releases all air left in gun and does not affect the performance when its low, hope this help's you mate happy hunting. Marksman 934
will your buddy bottle not fit on the side of the air cylinder mate?? If you remove the whip and adapter you may find it screws on the side of the bottle, I found that out with my S10. As for refilling if the air ranger is regulated (Im not sure!) then you should average around 180-200 shots without a refill Darryl Quote Link to post

Nice one Black Lab for the info! I'll take what you said on board , I'm looking forward to reducing the grey squirrel population in the area mate when I get time .... cheers Jasp will your buddy bottle not fit on the side of the air cylinder mate?? It looks like it will pretty much screw straight on as you said .... the gun is now showing 125 BAR with the gauge on the gun with still no drop off yet, I'll get it topped up and see how many shots in will knock out after a charge.... cheers Jasp Quote Link to post

taff3915 2
they are lovely rifles but if you do ever remove the stock for cleaning purposes lift the action straight up, i have seen the thin bit of wood near the pressure gauge snap more times than once, also check the pins in the trigger housing as i have seen them just fall out resulting in it not firing, tape either side stops them falling out. lovely rifle well balanced pleasure to shoot. Spot on Taff . I wish I spoke to you earlier!! I removed the stock with the Single allen screw at the bottom but struggled a bit until I noticed the way is pulled straight out, it looks like a O ring that grips the stock when the action is lifted out. you're also 100% bang on about the pins!! one was about 2 mil protruding from one side which I pushed back in, I'll drop the stock again later and stick some tape over them .... atb Jasp Quote Link to post
