I recently got permission to shoot a local graveyard.

The damage the bunnies do is amazing, I've come across loads of people visiting the cemy and every single one has appreciated the fact that I was there shooting the bunnies.

Come to think of it, there's only the Vicar and a couple of the church council that are against me doing it

I don't have ferrets, but I was thinking of getting some nets to put over some of the warren exits.

I don't know anything about netting, anyone have any info as to what nets etc I would need?

The few that i have spoken too are more than happy for me to be there,

I reckon they might've had a different opinion if they'd seen our feet sticking out from under that rhododendron bush though, mate? :icon_redface::rofl:

It's very true though, isn't it? We've seen the majority of people that we've met have been more than happy to see that something's being done about the damage the rabbits are causing there......time for a trip back there soon, I reckon?

I've just been given a tip that the parish council in the next village is looking for a ferreter to do the cemetry . I did think about it but i've decided against it on two counts one there isn't that many rabbits 4 to 5 max bag the other being nosie members of the public moaning about killing things in a churchyard. does anyone on here do anything simmiler and do you have any problems ?

TBH mate i have had more trouble getting onto golf courses and going through feckin committee's,only to get shoit from golfers when I'm on the course than i have ever had in the graveyard!

Go for it,it's another permission under your belt.

Been doing local graveyard for years but to be honest it's about a mile out of town with only one house next door.

The only thing is most insist on third party insurance these days.

Almost cleared em out now but only ferreted on the outskirts of the place as i am reluctant to ferret the headstones (just me really but dont like the idea of ferreting graves) so it was on with the realtree and out with the trusty S16 that sorted em!
