Waz 4,293
Rather than start a new thread,,,,,,,, bumping this one but changed the title from how much, to where from. (I bought the car). Having a look at a renault scenic 1.6 petrol (auto) Theres no service history with it, its only done 75,000mile (1998). So dont know whether cam belt has been done or not!!!! no history whatsoever with this motor. So I reckon whether its been done or not I have no way of knowing, what would the garage cost for this to be done so I can take it into account? Appreciate your answers folks. Waz 4,293
Had a look on dingbro, seems its trade only. Its 8v, a mate said he will fit if I get the bits, he says to get the water pump also, fit it at the same time. I am mechanically disleksic meself, all I know is I had one go before and dont want to risk it as I dont want to have to be walking instead of driving. Yes Leeview you are correct, top of the class for you, pm'ed you mate. LOL
