I agree teckle, you might be one of the better ones(but who made the comment about being a dole scrounger?)

Around here they don't know how to handle people, I wouldn't dream of going near a pen or putting the beam into cover, UNTILL, they try and get me banned from some of my permission because the farmer kindly gave them an acre for game cover.

I'm affraid I only come into the "meer Terrier/Lurcherman" catagory, I try and follow the Hunt and get told to Feck off out the way of a dig why, because they know I work Terriers and know every landowner in the area I'm seen as a threat, they only have to ask and they could have one of the best Terriermen around here.

Not sure what's the matter with the local shoot, known them all my life and they're still edgy when I'm around with the dogs or Lamp.

its the old landowner and keeper thing dont trust boys with lurchers i keep lurchers and terriers but there is a lot of old school out there and for the hunt terrier thing they employ a terrier man to do the job so dont take affance with them just keep following the hunt and you will get there aventurley

I know what you mean, been there long enough, belive me, it is just me.

On the other note, there's a new trend down here of lads comming out the city and running deer on the moors with 4x4's I bet it won't be long before Lurchers are dragged into the equation.

Luckly I'm well known and trusted by the Farmers.

Obviously these boys out coursing  on your land are keeping you active and healthy teckel with you having to chase them away, therefore prolonging your life, perhaps you should start praising them for helping you in getting towards a healthier lifestyle :11: Cheers Andy. ;)
