Kay those pictures are surreal, Maybe Ive had too many shandy's but they look almost like theve been painted not taken with a camera, they are amazing!

Well done

Think its beginners luck , i have to keep looking at what pic i have taken when its on manual setting & just alter it slightly if its a bit to light , but its all good practice for me using manual , i must admit the ideas slowly sinking in , i am still not sure when its appropriate to use the flash though

This is the same portrait landscape :laugh: pic without the black on the edges

:):) lovely :) :)

A polariser or Grey grad filter will help to emphasise the sky in landscapes. It's ok to do it in photoshop, but more subtle if you can get the effect when you actually take the picture ;)

Your photography is improving in leaps and bounds! :clapper:

Thanks Kathy , the only thing i have done is use this backlight button in photoscape & sharpened it, the thing i have to watch is if you do much backlight it bleaches out round the edges of things, i find it more so on swan pictures

the origonal was quite dark near the waters edge but this litle free package is just about my limit of understanding

Third one down is clever :)

The third one down was spotted while i tried in vain to catch the smallest cutest toad ever , i was moving the grass to see if i couldnt get the toad to just sit inmy hand while i took a pic of it & i noticed the dew on that cob web thing
