Guest ADAM AND HIS DOGS
darcy books are good for one main reason. hes a real hunter and so are the contributors. no claims of being experts or inventing new breeds. Quote Link to post
ru_and_dill 0
Can't claim to have read JD's working lurcher book, but her house lurcher volume is the one we always recommend to people newly-converted to pointy-nosed dogs - she definitely knows her running dogs well, and while no-one's ever going to agree with someone else 100%, I'd say she's a safe pair of hands. Come to think of it, if we agreed 100% on the ideal cross/training aid/recall tip/time to introduce a sapling to live quarry/the lamp of choice/what sort of weather is the lamper's dream/10,000 other things, what on earth would we find to banter about in the bar at ever show every summer?! Damn this weather - doesn't seem to matter how much it rains, the ground here jsut isn't softening enough! R&D Quote Link to post
