The Kelvin Valley would like to say 'Thanks' :signthankspin: to the smart-arses who thought they could screw up our show this Sunday. I would like to clarify a few wee points:

It appears that people have been spreading the rumour that the club has been disbanded - whilst the club has lost a couple of members in the last few months, we have also gained a couple of newbies.

Someone claming to be me :realmad: contacted Ayr Greyound Stadium a few weeks ago to say that the club is now closed and the show has been cancelled - The show IS still going ahead this Sunday 13th August (I mean, come on - how could there be TWO feckers this good looking? :D )

So, in summary - the show is still going ahead, the club is still active and we look forward to seeing all our old friends (and a few new ones) on Sunday.

Gates open 12.30, show starts 1.30.

£1 entry

Due to new rules, ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL will be allowed into the stadium grounds.

It has also been agreed by the club, that no litters of puppies for sale will be allowed into the stadiuum. We all love our dogs and believe that, as they give their best for us year in year out, they should be treated with the respect and dignity that they deserve. This is a show, not a pet shop.

See ya all there.

Keep the good work up lads, I've been up and judged the lurchers twice in the last eight years for the KVLC. A cracking looking Supreme champ, looks like the dog i gave the Championship to at last years Cardross Show. Happy Hunting and best of luck with your club. :signthankspin:
