Not sure I understand the question bud? Unless you mean a rabbit LIKE that? (assuming you made a typo)

 

Would you get the liver disease?

 

Well I did a lot of research on that particular nasty, the experts say its 'Species Specific' but there has been the same found in young children. To put it right its simply a course of Anti-biotics.

So I ended up chucking it in the bin not wanting to risk it although I reckon catching CJD has a higher chance eating a burger from a mad cow.

 

Bit like Myxie, I suppose. They say Humans cannot catch it, so the question is would you personally want to eat the rabbit?

its more common where there is grass eating livestock like sheep and cows and also red deer!

Yes bud,

 

Its an intestinal and liver infestation.

No worries about the pelt. :)

 

Do you use the pelts? How do you preserve them?

I have one in the freezer its in really good condition and am looking at preserving it for future use :)
