ferreterni 29
Just got in from evening stroll and went to do the rounds feeding etc. Fed the ferrets and I could only see 2. Bugger thought it had slipped out. Got a torch and checked yard. then looked in the cage. Could just see a tail. She was lying dead in the bedding. Must have been a while as she is cold. Bit of a surprise. She was fine last night at feeding time. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary today. Was a sweet wee thing, Polecat mitt, born on my wifes birthday 4 years ago. She was only a pet as she was great to handle but killed as soon as she connected when working. Everytime. She will be missed in the yard. RIP Dinny Quote Link to post
