pointer28 1
Hi all, I'm looking for a lurcher type dog for some ferreting, some ratting, hunting cover for foxes and occasional lamping. The dog won't ever be used for coursing hares, only rabbits and vermin. It must be small, intelligent, game and have a good coat for rough weather. I'd love to hear your opinions as I've never really had a lurcher before and would appreciate any input. Quote Link to post

pointer28 1
Would love one Dale, but I'm a bit far away from you. Just working out the breeding for the laugh, you've got 3/8 Whippet, 1/8 Bedlington, 1/4 Jack Russell, 1/8 Border, 1/8 Lakeland, thats some mouthful! But if they're not an allrounder, nothing will be. If u have any suggestions regarding getting the dog to Ireland I'd definitely be interested. Quote Link to post
