davyt63 1,845
I mean, to be honest, sometimes when I get on here and the pointed or domed question or one like that is asked for the 84673th time I am thinking "WHY" oh "WHY" don't peeps look into the FAQ bloody section or have a quick look in the archives insted of posting those dead horses again and again and then I just log off. Other time I answer but it depends on the day and how I feel. But I sometimes think that some people are just to lazy to look and want everything on a plate for them without putting anything back in other then rantings and ravings. Is it just me or do others feel that way as well sometimes. ATB Michael i feel the same not enough tales of the days & events, and to much bullshit.if people don't know! then don't answer as some one will be along and answer it.and i have noticed lately that a few lads have gone for the simple reason of the shit was dose get posted and cant be bothered. but I'm no quitter and shall be around for a while, i enjoy reading the posts i click on!! if i don't know then i will look it up to help.but as scuba1 was saying { lazy} fook me you only have to goggle it for fooks sake!! so come on men! { because thats what we are aren't we??} lets get it back to what it was like!! i can remember reading at least 4/6 posts over a week now your lucky if we get 2/3. AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE BANTER!! i should know i have taken enough of it lately rant!! over regards Davy Quote Link to post

andyfr1968 772
It's always the same when folks mix. Someone takes something the wrong way, misunderstands a point then takes their bat and ball home. It's even worse on forums like this 'cos all we see are words. Communication's far more than that. No expresion to see, no body language, no voice inflection, just words on a screen..... It'll always be the folks on it that make or break a forum. If we read a post we don't like or agree with, there's no need to get involved if we don't have to. Too many folks bite and that's where bad feelings starts. There does seem to be a few 'lads' that don't get on for whatever reason and frankly I don't give a toss why, but the rest of us don't need or want to see how far you can p**s up a wall. PM your nemasis, if you must but leave the rest of us out of it, please. Ok? Cheers. Quote Link to post
Guest Scuba1
If there are two ways you could read a post and one seems offensive, just choose the other one. It just makes life that bit easier. and to quote one of the great philosophers of our time " Every little helps " ATB Michael Quote Link to post
Phantom 631
When I first joined this forum, there were a few member that had noting but grief to give! If a newbie like myself asked a question, then we were given nothing but grief from a few members. They called hell out of other forums and the members of them. So for a good long time after I asked a question and defended someone on another forum and got nothing but abuse for doing so, fromcertain members I stayed away for a long time. After all what was the point in asking a question if the answer to it was "FVCK off ass hole!, go play elswhere". Now however, I find that the people on here such as Sean, Davy, Stealthy and Scuba are back "in charge" as it were and the usual moronic droppings that dished out the abuse have gone I am now free to offer advice when I think I can, have a laugh with members when I think its appropriate and ask questions that I know will be answered with open answer's and using the honest experiance of the the people that I like to considder both friends and mentors (even If I have not met them yet!) Guest Scuba1
Phantom, beware what you wish for. I have met myself on the odd occasion and reflecting on that, I can only say, what a numb nut. DAVY has met me as well and even though i was not there with them at the time, he must be thinking pretty much the same thing as me. ATB Michael Quote Link to post
