When i got there i had a quick chat with the farmer Then went for a mooch round but did not see a thing a few woodys flew from the tree's but with all the leaves i never spotted them in time in the 1st field there is a patch around 15ft sq that the rabbits managed to keep bare so had a slow stalk to there through the wheat but cud not be very quiet due to the wheat as i got close i just seen a flash of white as the only rabbit hopped off to its whole. so at that decided to call it a day there and go to the other fields that we call the common as i drove up the lane i noticed some crows feeding on the cut rape so out came the ultra down went the window and THWACK the others flew soo left that 1 there for a while to see if the others came back but no joy. Was a cracking 35yrd shot. had a further mooch around the rest of the field sbut nothing showing so called it a day.. But the woody's have been having a good go at the cut rape so a day on ther with the decoys and pigeon magnet is called for atb rob Quote Link to post
