lurcher lass 9
hiya everyone i'm not really a telly sort of person, much rather be outside with ferrets or for a mooch with the dogs, however since i've left me husband a year ago now and are now a single mum, i have certain times in the day where i can't go for a wonder due to me daughter sleeping or being fed etc i don't wish to lose sight of the life i love so much and though i do bring her with me it would be nice to enjoy the huntsman tune all year round i have heard about a tv channel that provides veiwing on fox hunting, ferreting, lamping, etc all of which i'm interested in, does anybody is this on sky, freeveiw, digi box etc and any idea on prices i can't afford to waste too much on telly but if this channel is good i'd be interested to have a go thanks for your time in reading this, all the best lurcher lass x
Guest Rod&dog
I have sky,, And to be honest if you want my honest opinion i think its a waste of time and money,,The two so called rural channels, 'Horse & Country' and 'Rural TV' are not very good at all and ive found there to be hardly anything of intrest unless you are big into horses and how to cook country food. Just my say on the matter Edited July 20, 2009 by Rod&dog

Swampy 147
Sounds like you've hit on a niche market there! Put it forward to one of the independant TV producing companies. You could fill it with all sorts. re runs of Jack Hargreaves spring to mind from a previous thread, one man and his dog, fishing, shooting...the list is endless. Keep it real with rural guff and include the urban hunters, lurcher folk etc.........I reckon you could have a success on your hands. Quality countryside progs are few and far between Goods idea?..........its yours LL! Rgds Swampy ninging lights camera action Edited July 20, 2009 by Swampy
