jenksi87 3
my dog terrier has stopped eating? he sleeps outside and has the run of the garden, but over the last 2 days he just seems to be sitting at the back door and whining. normally he hammers his food but i put it out last night for him and he hasnt touched it. my other pup has eaten hers so i know theres nothing wrong with the food. i'm tipping he has an upset stomach or constipation. is there anything i can give him to try and help him out? last time i took him to the vets when he had the shits and it cost me £60. also i fed them both fresh rabbit heart, liver and kidneys the other day. could this have anythingto do with it? the pup has eaten the same as the dog, drank the same water, but she seems fine. lurcher lass 9
tis worth paying the vet bills mate as it could be serious, if you can't afford to pay the bill in bulk then insure your dog, best of luck and i hope your dogs ok, i'm not trying to piss anyone off all the best lurcher lass x

jenksi87 3
sorry it took so long to reply. it was the 10month old, not the young bitch pup. i have been keeping an eye on him, he is still runnig around absolutely fine, full of life when your outside with him, but went off his food and sat conttinually whining. i feed the dogs on raw food now and have done for a couple of month and i soon noticed the difference, looked much healthier. he has regained his appetite a bit now, although he is still not eating as much as he normally does. he will sit and chew at a bone all day though. thats what i cannot understand about it. sees to be picking up anyway, i'm guessing it was just an upset stomach???? sorry he has had his jabs aswell, he is 10month or there and there abouts Edited July 21, 2009 by jenksi87
