Its been many years since i had an air rifle, my last one was a Fenwerkbrau sport, which was cutting edge at the time !!

 

What would you recommend, today, for a knock about hunting gun with max power and durability, many thanks in advance, Doss.

I guess by pcp, you mean one with a compressed air resivoir ?

 

I think thats the way to go, could i get set up for 300 quid ?

I was recently offered an AGS PCR1 with a scope and bag for £200 (second hand) from a RFD mate of mine, but, from what I have read so far they aint that good (Please correct me guy's cuz I'm likely to get one when I have the means)

Then of course there is the Stirrup Pump (cheapest I've seen is £99!) or a dive bottle, which I gather is very expensive.

you woud be able to get a decent 2nd and one for £300 mate. and if you cant afford the pump or diving bottle just yet your local gunsmith should be able to fill it for you. the 2 that are near me charge £1 a time.
