Phantom 631
NOPE, Not a chance! If you need to ask you shouldn't even have one in your possession. Are you a reg'd skirmisher? Phantom Quote Link to post
Guest Scuba1
Come on lads he may just not know. No Tatty those kind of pea shooters are not at all suitable to shoot at any live quarry with as you would only injure it and that is not in the game plan. You will need to have a look at air rifles that have in the region of 10 to 11.5ft/lbs of power if you are after bunny and co. and even then you will need a lot of target practice before you can shoot at anything living. Phantom 631
Yes Michael, You are quite correct we were all newbies once upon a long time ago. Lets try again Tatty, Welcome to the forum Now if you own such a peashooter and you are not a reg'd skirmisher, get rid down the local police stattion or sell it quick sharp to someone who IS a skirmisher. Then buy an air rifle, but looking at your tag and the question you asked I'm assuming (perhaps and quite probably incorectly ) that the 93 is the year you were born? If thats the case you wont be able to buy an air rifle Silly UK government demands that you require a permit to shoot those things, despite them only being able to (if your close enough) bruise your skin  Best bet if you want to get into Hunting is go find a local club and kill lots and lots of paper and metal targets until your a proficient shooter Then you may well find someone who is a member of the club who may let you go and learn how to hunt with him/her Phantom Edited June 30, 2009 by Phantom Quote Link to post
