Actually Mr D I uncovered it when I pulled up a bit of honeysuckle that had fungus so needed out of the garden. I stuck it on the privet, took some pics and then placed in the healthy, blooming honeysuckle at the side of the house. I assumed that finding it in honeysuckle might have meant it wouldn't eat privet?

 

Wouldn't have ever thought about what it might eat before but your learned presence on this site had done much to educate me :laugh:

but seriously i don't see why everythin has to get so complicated...call all the fish fish, all the birds birds, all the caterpillars caterpillars, etc. :D life should be simple p0p
