Richie10 345
Wondering which would be better? With a terrier you can do a bit of ratting as well and I guess would catch mink and other stuff, but a spaniel is easier to train and maybe better for the bushing. poacher3161 1,766
In my exspeiriance of bushing with spaniels and terriers over the years i would choose spaniels why BADGERS cos nearly every where you go their is the chance of dropping on a set,And spaniels i find work better with lurchers you dont tend to get the jeolusy factor cos dont forget a terriers main aim is to kill.atvb
bigdan 11
terriers all the way mine do have a small amount of spaniel in them but terriers are far better

COMPO 54
get a Hound! spaniels and terriers have noses of sort but nothing compared to a hound........teckel/beagle/basset or a hybrid ........Bushing is basically small scale free hunting and a small hound is ideal!
