yet another squeaker

Recommended Posts

my dad came into the house yeesterday morning fuming, theres a f**king rabbit eating my vegetables, and i can't catch it (not trap, he tried chasing it) anyways apparentl it was my fault and i had to kill it.

so no problem i went to the veg plot this morning and nothing (great!)

so i went for a wander round my permission which is 2 mins up the road, not much about and the rooks are just circling not landing :( waited by a favourite pigeon hotspot and in about 5 mins a dove fat on grain flapped out of the shed behind me and into the tree. cocked the HW90 anddown fell the dove straight into a drainage ditch bugger i muttered to myself no meal for the ferrets from that shot.

after that it was pretty unevenful till i walked back past the veg plot and there sits the guilty rabbit, a squeaker no more than 11inches long but needs must and he fell where he stood as the heiwrauch sent a accupell straight through its head.

so no dove and a rabbit not worth feeding to the ferrets. not a bad start i suppose

i'm off out this afternoon to get some crows with the bunny and the acme caller.

sorry to drag on :whistling:

bye

good to hear the guns working rob hope you charged your dad for the pest control lol :clapper:

yeah its working brilliantly other than the fact that it doesnt hold its full power when its cocked for too long, did you ever have this problem, i was under the impression that due to the gun being a gas ram it should hold full power. could it be the piston seal?
