Brimmer 220
Nice work stealthy, you have done wonders with that hob, and looks like the dog is going to go down the same route! Thats the sort of intro lots of animals would benefit from. Quote Link to post
The Ferret Tamer 1
Shame you could not do what i did with the wifes parson pup. Picked him up from the breeder and on the the way down the garden path when i got him home, as i passed the aviary i keep my ferts in i dropped him in with em and went for a cuppa! 30 mins later went and got him out of the nest box where the jills had put him and took him in the house, he has never bothered a ferret since he thinks they all belong to him now. Only drawback has been is that if i rehome one to someone he gets quite protective towards them and i have to put him in the house while they take one of "his ferrets " away. Ferrets got all his teeth, its taken a couple of weeks of the dog walking around the cage to get them used to the pup, and that's the reason I have hold of the hob, the jills still wont entertain the pup, but they will all work as a team eventually, patience is the word.
