twelsh 350 Posted July 5, 2006 Report Share Posted July 5, 2006 tripe is good to build your dogs up i use it and when the fields are high i feed my dogs on tripe so they get a good bit of weight then about 3wks till fields are cut then i stop feeding tripe then build them up with excercise try it mate its good stuff you can get it from any pet shop its about £6 for 10 blocks Quote Link to post

Guest MOLLY Posted July 8, 2006 Report Share Posted July 8, 2006 If it is unusual for the dog to lose weight for no reason then it might be a good idea to get it to the vets. It wont matter what you are feeding it, if you are feeding just one large meal the dog will just poo out what it does not use, you need to feed several smaller meals to get it back up to normal then adjust the diet from there.
