Leave them to sort it untill one wins or thrash the living bollocks off them.

Thats the worst possible advice you could give. One day you'll end up with a dead dog. They need to be kept separate, cos if they hate each other its never going to change, and leaving them to sort it out themselves will only make things worse and won't have a happy ending

I'm afraid that winnie's right, let them sort it out, it sounds worse than it is.

My bitches are worse than my dogs, the secret to stopping the fighting is to have one eye on them at all times, and to stop it before it starts. It's just that time of year when everything is feeling fit and theres no work to be had, go for long walks or get a big stick!!!!

so when two bitches fight you leave them to it?

wonder why i had a dead dog at the end of it!

kennel fights aint good, i lost an 18 mth old bitch due to a yard fight

How many dogs do you have and do they all get enough work?

in my experience, i found bitches hold grudges, dogs have fights to sort out the pecking order, but bitches go in, to maime or sometimes kill, i think you should some how seperate them if posible make two kennels up outside, or try and keep them seperate indoors, as others have said how much exercise do they get, how old are they,

If you take the time to read my reply you will see i said to stop it before it happens, in no way do i condone leaving two dogs or bitches to fight till they die!!

I have two bitches in my yard that will be like a barrel of monkeys one minute, and the next they will be screwing each other.

The only way i can keep on top of them is to be the Alfa male, its all about kennel management you have to be the boss and you have to know your dogs, as i have said if they get plenty of work theres no problem.

Try and give them a few seconds....minutes to sort it out, or they will never find out who is the dominant bitch, if that fails then you will have to re home one or the other.

Try and reduce the amount of protein in there food, this sometimes helps in the summer months.

You ever watched the dog whisperer he seems to pin them both buy their necks close to each other until they carm down (you need help ) iv tried it a few times with mixed results as highly bred digging dogs can be c**ts even dog v bitches :icon_eek: , I would still never kennel them together alone but you normally only lose terriers IE dead if one is much bigger or their is more than to terriers in the kennel ,
