Guest buster321c Posted May 12, 2009 Report Share Posted May 12, 2009 I hate to say it , but if i did`nt work and needed something , chances are somebody would sort it out forme , rather than me have to take time off work ( losing money ) to sort it out . Makes me think would i be better off giving up work all together and then i could spend alll my time down the farm , but ive allways worked , even though i dont have a great deal to show for it , but its what i do , ide be lost not working i think . To move in you are often asked for a month and a half key deposit and a months rent in advance !!!! Then Admin charges plus VAT.. !! It's not an easy time for anyone wanting to rent.. In some areas 650 a month would be seen as cheap....depends what areas your looking at.......normally any town with a university is likely to be cheaper in general......rents will always be high when properties are not selling.....if your a youngster live as cheap as you can for now while you get some dough behind you.....
