You wont go far wrong with the link rabbithunter has put up on the hoop snare question mate if you cant get on a peg and gun snaring course , buy the dvd ,best bit of advice i can give is get out there ,theres nothing better than practice mate :ph34r: You didnt buy them cheap shop snares did you by the way, when your saying youve not had much luck? MR TEA POT 1,287 Posted June 30, 2006 Report Share Posted June 30, 2006 they were 50p each thanks for advice hi mate i used to use them cheap snares,then i purchased woodgas dvd which is packed with information about making snares and setting snares.I then bought some snares of woodga and they are top quality,plus he gives you good advice on the best way to set them.I have now started making my own snares now using the dvd as a guide,plus a few emails to woodga for advice.
