    Honestly....very easy...lost 2 stone so far and unlike a calorie restricted diet I never get really hungry...and if I do I just eat I'm on my dinner break now eating slices of corn beef...chorizo and cheese I tend to eat just twice a day...lunchtime and teatime...even working out at the gym I don't loose energy ...got rid of IBS as well..and I'm sure my teeth are healthier as well

    Brilliant that, its a great diet to follow, full of top class food too and loadsa cheese and steak
