Was goin threw a pair a year me Lowa Mendi Han wag they all leaked the han weg lasted the longest but for 250 a pair its a joke I bought one pair brand new on whipped over a field early mornin to check a earth I spotted in early mornin dew n they leaked I found a top tip online tho grate some candle wax up with a cheese grater fine put it all over the boots and melt it with a hair dryer dose the trick Ano for the money u pay its a joke but it fixed my Leakey ones

Fagen I have a dog what will scream blue murder if he's left in the box and another dog is working but one day we pulled up at a earth and I left the jeep running my freind had her dog in the footwell so we walked over with that the dog never made a sound lol

Unless agreed at sign up to THL, the original poster will retain the copyright on anything that they have written
In terms of words; infringement would be taking a 'substantial' part of the text. This is often determined by a number of characters reprinted, but not always
In terms of recourse; the law states you can reclaim what you have lost, or what you value that content at. In practicality (until the infringer publishing) you would usually need to issue an infringement warning beforehand, like foxdropper has doneif anyone wants to know a little about copyright law then ask here or pm me. I've previously given advice to a couple of members regarding stolen photos appearing in print but why chose not to persue at that time

In which case, you can literally send them an invoice and go the small claims court route if they don't pay
Under the Berne Convention, copyright is automatically held at the time of creation of an original artwork
Be careful how much you bill someone for though, as you may have to prove how you value a picture so high.
A good place to start is whatever Getty Images charge for use of their protected artwork - if it's a hunting scene then you can always add a percentage because of the legal controversy and potential associated hardships you endured to get the picture or to have the picture in the public domain
If the publisher in question disputes the amount then you can point out that your permission wasn't granted before the picture was used

Yea shame we dident bump into each other still time yet in the future mate ime gona look auld Keith up while I back in uk n see if he fancies a weekend at it I got some mates down his end of the country so whuld be nice to repay the favour to him cos had some cracking weekends out with him with top people and his wife Jan always looked after me

This bitch is a nuttall bitch waz around 6 years was the only one I've ever had trouble with starting infact it was at a trip to Keith's we got her going properly her sire worked well and her half brothers by same dog both work really well I no of a load more by same dog goin well the percentages from him were high for working only a few culls come from size but she just went off one of my freinds was givin me grief at the start sayin she won't amount to nothing cos of the way she started but i persisted with her n me n Keith got her goin she worked spot on for a good few seasons had some cracking digs to her then she walked after a 17 foot dig with about 2 foot to go lol so rested her tried again n just got shorter down to a hour

I keep mine off fox my my male dog never even seen one. i have a bitch what will only do a hour these days with a badger then spew. she first spewed at about 4hr then 2 now down to 1. So I use her for foxes she works them hard and doset bay much really gives them a hard time and doesn't take much stick, she workes badgers perfect and will take a hold but for no apparent reason will just stop and walk out when under no apparent pressure I've dug some gere with her in the past to ,, I start them all straight on to badgers and as long as they will work them and stay till I get ther they won't be worked on the reds I honestly can't think of a reason why I do this it just feels right not to mix it up

Fatman me and my freind have a game keeper/hunter freind who lets us dig his badgers at pleasure and release them because they do no harm on his patch to return the favour we control the foxes ther is also a university what wants data / information collecting on the badgers and my freind who I dig with she is in contact with them they want us to dig them tag them take notes on health take samples and release them again it's somthing I am really looking forwards to being a part of in the next few years

we can do most of that in any western civilised country's tho maybe it just me I think uk is crap to many laws and rules to many people. people getting less for rape and child molesting than people doing far lesser crimes nhs lol your lucky to get seen round are end the waiting rooms like a market in Nigeria lol
Name some freedoms we got Katchum?Bein british is about being able to do as we please, might take bit hard graft bit most goals are achievable, we got freedoms other countrys can only dream of an yet still have a great way of life, we might have lost sight of things past few years, but this is great britain, an im sure we will be great again, soon
My opinion is we are fed lies about are country being so good and the best [bANNED TEXT] really it's a load of shite and when you get out ther and live in a few different country's you will really get a taste of what freedom really is and start to see how shite and governed we are In The uk
We can travel or emigrate, we can choose to getter ourselfs, we can choose to educate ourself, we can maintain a nice life with all mod cons yet know fine well we all have a safety net in the dole an nhs, free education for our kids, or option to buy a better one, list goes on mate, and if it wasnt for great britain, most the countrys you talk about would be nowt
