    Went out last night with the dog in questions, catch a rabbit and while it gave out a scream a fox started to come in, fox winded me and sat out the middle of a big field, was just over 60 yards away so tried walking into it but it started to move on slowly. Slipped the dog and he made ground fast and just ran straight into the fox and did a big flip and dispatched the fox in a few seconds. but as he knocked him the fox gave him the sharp end right into the nose and thank god there was no messing this time. I didnt intend on trying him i was only going for rabbits but I've a bit more faith no

    Hi Guys, just wondering how your season is going and what numbers you guys are getting? Not a competition but just interested? Due to injury I'm having a bad one ive 21 foxes and roughly 250 rabbits but its been a struggle with the pups! look forward to hearing how your doing ?

    true, you cant put in ,what nature left out,? some dogs will want kill at 18 months old , others 2-3 year old . I had lurcher x lurcher bitch didn't want to know the sharp end until she was 3 year old, she got nipped at 18 months old and never bothered again , so just ran rabbits with her . then one night when she was near 3 year old she killed a fox, I was shocked then after that she kill them regular , so you never know you cant always right them off .? Shes sister did the job the other night so nature was good to her

    Hi Guys I'm new to all this, came on hear to ask what you think about my lurcher who is a whippet x collie x bull x hound, both dam and sire doing all quarry, i own both sire and dam and bred them and have 2 pups , I'm in Ireland so foxes are legal. But have show the 18 month old dog 3 foxes and he got catch twice on the nose and let go and started barking, he jumped in and out a few times. but i don't know will he make it or does he need more time. He was in company the 3 times. His sister has seen 2 foxes and gave a little bark at the first one which she knocked but got catch on the nose
