Hi guys got a hw97k in desperate need of some tlc off a mate at work last week .i made a start on it straight away, something to do over winter.its totally stripped down now all blueing has been removed metal work polished 15 hrs to do that.just need to decide what cold blueing to use? Starting on the walnut stock next needs totally rubbing down and finishing . think iam going to use boiled linseed oil on it.ive ordered spring kit Welsh willy got new seals polished all internals including trigger Sears .before I started I fired the rifle and it was terrible the trigger was awful.some one had

Well things didn't go too well last night . Started off with a miss then mist came down .but before mist got to bad I spotted two bunnies on the other side of the field I was in .i wouldn't normally try getting closer from were I was its a long way but I hadn't seen many bunnies so I thought I would get closer .after a while I had got to within about 35 yrds .they knew I was there but both just sat there .i picked my target and fired looked like a perfect head shot down it went.before it had stopped twitching a fox came out of the woods and finished him off.by this time mist was getting bad so

just zeroed rifle and set up nv.setting off about 11 pm got a 40minute drive to perm .should be mild night with thick cloud .havent been for a while should bag a few bunnies tonight fingers crossed. Let you know how I get on.

hi guys has anyone fitted a toggle switch on a ns200 ? The clicking noise the original switch makes is really annoying in the Dead of night?

Didn't go last night change of plan .off out tonight instead .iam in walsall but my permission is in Henley in Arden .70 mile round trip .you can't have it all your own way.

Just the two bunnies took one as soon as I got there always great when that happens. Had to work for the second it was a long stalk into himf followed by a 40 meter shot.both nice clean kills. Nice clear night saw quite a few deer too.

Hi guys iam looking for a spoter I can use at night. airwolf and ns200 is to heavy to keep swinging about looking for rabitts.what do you guys use .may go down DIY route.

Just got some hn .22 pellets today .what a nightmare trying to get them clean I always wash my pellets in the same way .two washes and rinses does the trick not with these 6 washes latter still loads of lead in bottom of jug .i gave up in the end .i will stick to airarms Diablo field.

hi guys saw a clip on you tube of snipercam with a rangefinder being used at night .can not find any more information on it .websites a bit vague .i will give them a call tomorrow but just wondered if any body knows anything now .cheers

They said that they wouldn't fit them because the stocks fore end can split .i have phoned round a few shops who all said it's basically not worth the hassle .the price they could charge for fitting them isn't worth risking splitting the fore end .

Do pcps have some sort of safety valve to stop them being overfilled like a blow off valve?

Hi guys has anyone got any tips for rangefinding at night .i was thinking of getting a laser and getting it to hit target at zero range .anyone use this method.

air wolfs trigger on it's own is worth the asking price .massive shot count .its balanced beautifully .safety is in the right place .can be set to auto safety. Each shot is consistent no power curve.the list goes .never had a problem with mag touch wood.
