I also am newish at clay shooting love every second I'm out very lucky to have found a great local club , who have helped me a lot and everyone is so friendly.

I use RC 24 seem really good strangely I could tell a difference when using lyvale .

I was told that ear plugs weren't as good as full ear cups as it vibrates the small bones in your ear. Does anyone know if this is true?
