    Got my Optisan EVE and 1 piece SM 30mm mount for sale. Optic and mount are in immaculate condition. Had um on my 97 for like 3 weeks at most. Only swapped it for a scope me dad got me, who passed away recently so wanted to use that instead of this. Comes with box and sunshade. The red tape is literally to safe guard the cover from falling off in the field. It’s snug but lost many in the past, so I’ve taped it up. Literally wouldn’t be selling it if it wasn’t for my dad reason. 

    Can sell separately, but effort ?

    Mount 40 quid. 
    Optic 190.
    Postage 15 recorded. 

    Have do bank transfer but if ya wanna add 5% for PayPal, sound.

    Mate. It’s f’kin massive. Like my nob ?

    Yeah get some pics up kidder. Be good to see it. Had two falcons in the past, and being honest, and this is in the field mainly, there just toooo big. Waaaaayyyy to big. Even in comps like. Done 3 with my 98 mounted to one. Came 4th, 8th, 20th and 3rd. 3rd in the .22 class though, a 97 thing ?? They literally wack on an extra KG. My mrs would of struggled to sit on the turrets [before I met her... of course... with my Uber big willy] You can’t beat the first focal shift like, but in my opinion, there made for a bullet, on a bench, on a pod, in the US, not a tin foil bit of lead in the uk, in the rain, free standing.  

    However. It’s a high end bit of kit that will only enhance your rig. The glass and ret is ridiculous... more aim points than a Thai bride, build and finish is top notch too. There just to heavy IMO.

    Funnily enough, thought about you the other day, applying for me ticket... only for a little 22lr like but was gonna ask what the Lincolnshire side of the FAO are like, but then on application I see on the site there not accepting any new applications during lockdown. My mrs gay mates boyfriends brother (honest) is a FAO as it happens, and has said it’ll be fine. His actual words were ‘Get a grip... the police have more things to worry about than a shooter with land, getting a another gun’. You do have your ticket don’t ya?! ? I’m sure ya do.

    Ain’t even read it yet but it just looks a decent read. How the f’k are you new to the forum working on manual rigs like that? You don’t just do all that out the blue... so you must have been doing it for sometime AND you never thought... ‘I wonder if there’s any airgun forums out there?’ ?

    You got that 77 sat in a blackline stock?

    I wish I could find some enthusiasm for PCPs but they are so f***ing ugly... Haha don't shoot me. I'll never buy one. Tbh.. 

    800 mate. Got a 500 on me 98. Still getting used to it be honest.

    I've got a shortstroke 97, that I've been working on lightening the inerds in a different way from normal. I hope to market that tune at some point. 

    I've got some Chinese guns I practised on.. A Remington Express, I reduced the torque reaction recoil with the Nylon66 parts 

    I've just gotta a brand new Cometa Fenix S Star Carbine. I'll have to tune that to get some lube on it! It's full of crystalline grease but is an amazing gun very light. 

    I'll take some pics if ya like. But I'll keep thr piston idea to myself, it might not even work or work for long without flying apart! 

    The best bit about the 97 is that it's a Nickel (stainless) blackline model. I've put in a modified Sportster stock with an adjustable comb and hamster.. I'm getting the guts together to refinish the stock this weekend... Cross ya fingers I don't feck it up. Lol

    Ya’ve got taste then mukka.

    Now then boss. Yeah. Got me proper last week. Coming round a bit now but break down every now and then. Mainly when I’m stamping some paper with me guns. He always bought me airgun shit for xmas. The 2 custom stocks on my 97 and 98 where from him, so there a struggle at the minute. Was with me the day I met ya at that show. When I lost me mam, dad was the rock, now he’s gone, me and me mrs are sorting it out. I didn’t no home much there is to sort when someone passes. The paperwork... my god.

To work out exactly how, as the 97 is majorly in bits for comp fettling.. 451s defo better at 25yards 452 more at 55 Yards, as the tuning is tested and really coming on the groups are getting miniscule which is a happy feeling...     Both rifles are Vortek tuned by agrtuning...

    Our hw’s might of come out the same batch. Trophies in me 97... actually never tried anything else. No need. And Fields in me 98. Nuff said.

    Hoping to short stroke it, lighten internals maybe develop the idea for a wider audience if it works. 

    I've tried picking some brains on tuning, but the real guys are a very allusive bunch perhaps because of PCPs and or Covid.. Who knows, and the others seem to all contradict each other... 

    Would love to chat with a tuner who knows his stuff as an engineer.
