Three times a week its one of the best beginner and/or strength routines about.

Your going to have a job working your chest without doing any sort of pressing or flying movements.............cable crossovers ? angled dips ?....pretty much everything else is a variation of a press/flyeAbout to hit chest and shoulders , anybody recommend any chest exercises other than the usual pressing and fly fancy something different
Sorry I worded it badly I always make sure I flat and incline bench first was looking for other accessorie exercises. Went with body weight dips and crossovers. I always start with a lower rep heavy compound just like trying to throw in diff isolation

Yeah gnash been going heavy as possible and feel like I'm jerkin using motion to get it up feel a much more lat work with a lighter weight but I feel it's too light to properly work the muscle

i used to use one it was the animal pre workout i was a lot more motivated and driven but after about 30 minutes i could feel my stomach churning .

Nah rioting is bad everybody should just bend over and take it like a man, after all it's what you voted for We've got food banks popping up everywhere and working people being squeezed for every penny they have while the bankers dance around their banquets laughing and all folk are concerned about is a f***ing war memorial, there's what's wrong with your country right there. Personally I hope the rioting carry's on and we see scenes like the Poll tax riots from the 80's. People need to get angry if there's any hope of change. No change ever came about from folk sitting on their arses....viva the revolution I say

sorry that's just wrong didn't alot of the british public get behind Bruno say for example or benn and many of the other black british boxers who fought for world titles I don't think the likes of prince naz or khan get the same support granted outside there circles but the black thing doesn't come in to it I don't thinkIt amazes me how boxing fans these days have absolutely no loyalty whatsoever to their countrymen.....i cant for the life of me understand how any British boxing fan would not be hoping Joshua reaches the highest level of the sport he,s an excellent prospect,a clean living kid,a fantastic physical specimen who talks well and is a good advert for the sport....and a pleasant polite boy.....whats not to like ?..........I know absolutely nothing about Tyson Fury other than the fact he,s a traveller with a loud mouth and what seems like a silly infantile personality.... and that if he was a normal size human being i dont think he,d win an area title.........but who cares i want him to win a world title for Britain i dont want to be his friend..... these are British sportsmen if you are British yourself get behind them !
And the reason Mike Tyson gets dragged into any conversation about young hard hitting heavyweight prospects................is because he was a famous young hard hitting heavyweight prospect of our generation !!.....of course comparisons will be made !

That's what I'm saying plenty on here go on about to be british you have to be white they would ship all non whites off out of Britain. Flat Barbell Bench Press: 3x5
Seated (or Standing) Barbell Shoulder/Overhead Press: 3x5
Incline Barbell Bench Press: 3x5
Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise: 3x10-12
Rope Pushdowns (circuit machine): 3x10-12
Overhead Dumbbell Extension or similar triceps exercise: 3x10-12
Shrugs(circuit machine or dumbbells): 3x10-12
Pull (Back/Biceps):
Barbell Rows: 3x5
Lat Pulldowns with (Long Bar or V-bar) (circuit machine): 3x8-10
Seated Rows (circuit machine) - optional if already doing barbell rows: 3x8-10
Face-pulls: 3x-10-12
Barbell Bicep Curls (Alternate between close and normal grip): 4x-10-12
Choice of one other bicep exercise (typically Hammer Curls): 3x10-12
Legs (Quad/Ham/Calves):
Barbell Squats: 4x5-6
Leg Press (optional if already doing above squats): 3x8-10
Leg Extensions (circuit machine): 3x10-12
Hamstring Curls (circuit machine): 3x10-12
Standing Calf Raises (circuit machine): 5x10-12
Decent rountine for size and strength as you are low volume on the compounds you can still jump uo the number on the bar
