    Or even a days ferreting... I have a great working little jill ferret and the full kit. Just no where to go at the moment.

    Hey guys, After having researched the breed of lurcher I am after I have come across a Collie/grey x beddlington whippet. I am very interested in this breed but am just wondering would it make a good all rounder dog? I would be spending a lot of time ferreting and lamping (aswell as day time). SO I am just wondering would this breed be suitable for my needs or am I better looking for something else? Thank you.

    Hi I am still a newbie to the game and am thinking about getting a lurcher but before I sign up for anything and take on a dog I was just wondering if there was anyone kind enough around the North east or South west Scotland who would allow me to come out with the for a days or nights run etc. I am more then happy to pitch in fuel money if you use a motor etc or carry any game that is caught. I look forward to hopefully hearing from some one.
