    The man does not understand the meaning of the word "mediocre"........he has played with, for and under the best in the game, his work ethic when he was a player in training was second to none...........he is a football fan first and a manager second Its piss easy to blame a manager in football these days but in this case I think he is bang on the money, the players need to look at themselves..........its the case in most run of the mill teams When talent lacks the heart has to replace and if they aint got that then they need a kick up the arse.
