    Roscrea Harriers Dog Show, Sunday 27th of April Roscrea Rugby Club Grounds, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary. Lurcher Racing 1. Winner takes all under 21" stake (smooth) 2. Winner takes all under 23" stake (smooth) 3. Winner takes all over 23" stake (smooth) 4. Winner takes all under 23" stake (hairy) 5. Winner takes all over 23" stake (hairy) 6 Master McGrath qualifier under 23" 7. Master McGrath qualifier over 23" Registration for racing takes place from 10am to 10.45am Flapper racing starts at 11am All dogs racing will be measured upon registration Stewards decision

    Lurcher Judge is a man that has spent all his life with lurchers. His name is Tom Tynan. Yes the terrier classes are split in half.

    Terrier judge is JP O Sullivan from cork. Show will be well signposted on from all ways into the town.

    Roscrea Harriers Dog Show Roscrea Rugby Club, Roscrea, Co Tipperary. Sunday the 27th of April All usual classes. Lurcher and terrier champion qualify for the 5 nations international championship in Birr Castle. This is also a qualifier for the Master McGrath final in Shane's Castle. *all dogs racing must be muzzled and will be measured.

    I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the show. The lurcher judge has been showing and judging all his life and that is just his style. We will take your comments on board and try and improve on the show for next yr. Regards,

    We are proud to announce that comfybed dust free bedding have just sponsored our show. Prizes are as follows; Champion terrier will get a double terrier box plus 5 bales of comfybed bedding. Champion lurcher will get 5 bags of dog nuts plus 5 bales of comfybed bedding. Champion gundog will get a game bag plus 5 bales of comfybed bedding. Champion hound will get a Hy KEAT hunting horn plus 20 bales of comfybed bedding. Overall dog of the day will receive an engraved crystal vase. Lurcher racing starting at 11 am. Date 28/04/2013. Showing starts at 12.30. Roscrea rugby club grounds.

    there is a bull cross class in the lurchers. I'm afraid that is the only strong dog class.

    Roscrea harriers 2nd annual working dog show will be held in the roscrea rugby club grounds in roscrea co Tipperary on the 28 of April 2013. Showing starting at 12.30. Champ Terrier will get a double terrier box. Champ Hound will get a Hy KEAT hunting horn. Champ Lurcher will get 5 x 15 kg bags of dog nuts. Overall dog of the day will get an engraved crystal vase. Lurcher racing starting at 11am After a very successful show last year we look forward to this years show. All our judges are very honest and experienced in their own field.
