    I have never called and shot a fox like that during the day plus i hate it when people post videos, i spent ages afterwards looking through all of them,youtube's great.

    Well done there, what do you do with all the rabbits you get? all of mine are going to be used for dog food, sausages as i have just bought a mincer/sausage maker and probably bunny burgers.

    Thats a bloody good group there remmy. How long have you reloaded for and how much of a difference in accuracy did u find compared to factory ammo? I was thinking of purchasing some reloading gear and if i get groups like that i would be well chuffed.These are a couple of groups from my 22-250 tikka with federal 40g hp @ 4000fps. 2nd group was before the sights were set, the single shot was just to see where the zero moved to and the last group of 3 were my final zero. All at 100yds which i thought were good for factory stuff.

    4460 hits cant belive thair is still 2 pups left i have put plenty of time+cash into these pups i only bred for my self and thats all i will get from them my 2 pups its a 1 of litter then you get those who bread pups all year round selling of dogs that only get 2 see a course on the telly, these really are 1st class pups folks and are 6 weeks today. i think there are still 2 left which i think is mental.i got mine 2 days ago and named him max. if you are looking for a really healthy strong pup these are the ones to get, Max likes his comfort.

    great choice of rifle there sounder i have the stainless in 22-250.You may have to fully float the barrel though if you find accuracy aint as you would like it.I done that the other day and will hopefully be trying it out tomorrow.My groups were around an inch at 100yds which aint good for a tikka and will hopefully get that down a bit.good luck

    Weejohn mate, is your cz the 16"?(not that it matters) as i have one to, great rifle, what scope you got fitted? Hi lindsay, no its the 20" one with a sak mod. I have a leupold vx111 3.5-9x50mm which i think are superb scopes for the price if you get them imported. The last scope i bought retails at £850 and had it imported for £420, same with the harris swivel bipods, retail for around the £ mark and import them for £45 ish. What diet do you feed yours as i find the winchester subs are quieter but the eleys are much more accurate. WEEJOHN

    The pup really is a credit to chester so thanks again mate, the photo is of him just an hour after getting him home. He has got one small problem which is he seems to enjoy humping my leg for some strange reason

    Thanks folks , never had a running dog before just a springer so i guess i will be pestering the hell out of you lot asking for advice, next on my list is possible some ferrets!

    couple of pics of my new pup received from chester, looks like he might be a bit of a couch potato me thinks!! He is a super wee pup full of beans. A few mintes after taking these photos he fell off.He actually looks quite big in the photos.

    I totally agree with you SJM i picked my pup on tuesday and it was a nightmare as all the pups were super.

    Hey guys , just wondering if the shows in hawick, denholm and selkirk are any good? i am getting a pup from chester on this site and will be hopefully getting into the hunting with dogs and possibly ferrets rather than just the guns.
