    Hey Tomo I am using a 21/8 mesh board so that gives me 41/4 correct ?? ,, Better to have a bit to much net than not enough ,, I am goin away this weekend campin so i will sit around making my net longer Thanks B

    Its a trad net , So a loop it is then ,, And selvedge top and bottom its 16 mesh high plus selvedge Thanks B

    I am making a long net to go around shipping containers when ferreting , It is about 8 yards long so a fair bit to go , A couple of questions with the top and bottom lines is it one long loop of cord ,or two seperate pieces ,, And when i have enough net do i just stop or add a selvedge mesh across the ends for strength Thanks Bernie

    Mainly rabbit but i have hunted pig,Goats,ducks,roos, But dont have the time anymore,, Could travel 5,6 hrs to go pig shootin ,, So just stick to the rabbit as he is nice and local , I went around a few farmers on sunday to do a bit of ferreting but did no good , I have a few spots but you cannot hit em to hard so i need more places ,, Started a long net about a month ago its about 7 metres at the moment , I need it to go around a 20 foot shipping container so i reckon about foot whatever that works out to in metric B

    Thank you Mr Bollock I also grew up in Derbyshire until18 then moved to aus , So i did my ferreting apprenticeship over there B

    Thanks fellas Just got a couple of doe ferrets , Took a couple of weeks to stop em bitin they are good now , Funny how you dont forget hey just keep pickin em up and strokein them when they drink milk ,, will put some pics up soon B
