    trigger2.i have caught lots over the years and i never weighed any of them .a strong person could just about carry two back to headquarters.tho i did catch one once which i found to be very heavy and a job to carry back on foot i was knackerd when i got back to base

    baldocksbanks courser.in the 1970 the rspca tried to go ahead and prosecute a test case against me for lamping at rothschilds estate at wing in bedfordshire .but it got dropped for some legal reason or another .that was after i got nicked at linslade magistrates court. pounds fine for 2 hares that was a lot of money in 1974

    thebigdog. i think you are right preban i caught a lot of chinese water deer and my dog never got slashed.he never got cut by a muntjack either .but i have seen other dogs badly slashed by muntys

    bendrover.i have talked to him untill i am blue in the face he just will not listen .im just glad he has moved 12miles down the road.i never mention anything i see in my local area as i dont want it killed at this time of the year

    the brindle has got a nice powerful shape to him.the saluki has got a lot of go about him plenty of energy there. looks better built than some salukis i have seen .i bet the fawn and white turns well looks very light on its feet

    shaark.who said about chaseing rabitts ? if i wanted a rabitt dog i would get a wxcw..i still think if a gsdxg or malxg breaks right it can hold its own against a proper hare dog ? would i rather have a dog which is fast lightly built injures easily .or a dog which is heavy built strong fast and will not injure easily.as i said only a couple of these out of a litter would be capable of catching hares.preban

    j darcy.i should of said alleged top courseing dog .some dogs are very impressive on the flat but not so impressive on the hills.some race horses fly on good ground but canott win when the going is soft.

    paulus.i have seen lots of so called hare dogs running hares preban .ok on the flat but when running up hills they perform like a cortina 1300.went to a place called ledburn dogs on the flat young corn soft going .top coursing dog leading by a few feet hit the hill side .didnt have the tourque.lacked physhical power .gsdxg had plenty of physhical power in reserve bye bye ford cortina

    huan72.it is intresting whaht you are saying about running thru forrest.my first dog spider gsdxg.was the only dog i have ever seen that could chase deer preban in thick woodland cover and get a result.i could never work out how he never hit anything.in this cross as i have said i one or two will throw right they are not rabitt dogs they are for far bigger things .i have seen and watched gsdxg that can regulary catch hares preban .they have stamina brains and physhical power plus the speed to do the job .so if a malxg throws right .and thaht is the most important phase throws right.you will ge

    beast.when i mean take hares easy he had good speed and could press the jag kickdown button.he was far faster than the average hare dog which take for ever to catch a hare.takeing hares easy is in relation to a lot of far slower so called hare dogs

    beast.germanshepherds can catch foxes.gsdxg if they throw right do catch hares easily compared to a dog that has to chase it for four minutes thats of course if the dog dont run out of runway

    bunnys.i bred a litter of gsdxg .at six weeks old there were only two out of the nine worth haveing .one was a dark brindle dog one was a silver brindle dog i went for the dark brindle one 27 inches 70 lbs greyhoundy caught daylight hares preban easily .the other one 28 inches 80lb silver brindle slightly faster and stronger .in malxg i would exspect in a litter of 9 three at the maximum to be any good.the trouble is as you say if you go and look at a litter of gsdxg .unless you get first or second pick you are not going to get the ones that have thrown to the greyhound.you are going to end up
