Does Anyone Use A Treadmill To Keep The Dog Fit

no denying that a tredmill/carpetmill etc will keep a dog fit but wouldnt recommend for a lurcher will not work the same muscle groups the dog needs for turning etc good daily walks off the lead letting a dog work up always does the job for me. i have used tredmills in the past with dogs bull types and lurchers and some do love it and wont harm letting them have a good fast walk on the mill for 10minutes added to there normal routine but waste of money to "keep" a dog fit. good hunting -

just over 9 weeks she is picked her up yesterday she abit nervous being in a new home but she is getting the sofa treatment and what a difference a day makes. had her out today though the woods and onto a few fields never left my side. naturally chasing and retrieveing. she is deerhound collie greyhound x collie greyhound whippet. a couple camera phone snaps need to get myself a good camera. was hard to get a photo of her as she was either at my feet or going a 100mph big thanks to the bloke who bred these pups m
