Ive got a English pointer and ive started training with her just the basics heal&sit without the whistle just now, she was out with the lurcher at the weekend, got a kill and she bloody ran off with the bunnie so got my work cut out for me with this one, with her beening backward im finding it harder train is this normal?

Do u win anything or is it just a fitness thing? Also do they chase a lure? Just want to know everything as its a treck for me thanks, it it only lurchers and whippets any other dogs?

Thanks for all the lovely replys, my pup I bred was runner up in the show last yr so I want to take my girls which are nothing to do wae the pup and see what they can do, its for fun really, I do breed my dogs and wrk them, wouldnt mind showing them etc all for fun and nothing else
