    Mine still aint in yet, my mate on here, his lot are and they the same lines all related like. still with the weather not being able to make its mind up its no surprise really. hobs have dropped but jills not playing ball at mo.

    After having my ferreting dog stolen last month, ferreting was the last thing i had on my mind. A few weeks ago i got my nine year old girl a russell type dog,{ its took her two years worth of begging and pleading}. He's just short of a year old and aint seen much yet, So set of nice and early just a few ferrets, a russell and my lurcher pup to a small farm just near us Set the long net around a nice size warren that the russell liked the smell of entered the ferrets and stood back. Bloody quick enough to come round here about my dogs, and the amount of antis up my road makes me sick!!! just because i own terriers and lurchers i'm automaticly a badger baiter. Shits, thats what ive got with them at the moment. sorry for the rant by the way..

    Thanks for your replys and pm's. The most heart breaking thing about this, is that my little six year old girl aint stopped crying since six oclock this morning. they new [bANNED TEXT] they were after as none of my kids bikes, nor my petrol lawn mower is missing..

    This is the terrier bitch that was stolen from my kennels last night.[18-02-09] Around 12 midnight.. She is 13in tts and around 20lb in weight, she has fresh scars on her muzzle and her chin, also has a few front teeth missing and is seven years old now.. she also has one toe claw and one dew claw missing. She is red in colour stripped out now opposed to pics and she has droopy teats. This is the lurcher, dog, 22in tts ruff coated beddy/whippet. he is not racy but quite heavy, has a few scars on his nose and no dew claws. he is dark grey with lighter grey on his face and back.

    thanks mate.. And they work very well, both dogs very good at ferreting and bushing.. plus they keep them selves fed through out the season which is handy.. bitch like the toothy critters aswell..

    here you go just a few more pic.. sorry about the quality but had to take these from my phone as my wife got the camera in ireland.. there are six dog pups left due to time waisters. and they been reduced to £140. each. all mus go as i move to ireland my self in 2 weeks time

    Hi all. 5 Dog pups left. ready on the 28th of august.. dam is 3/4beddy1/4whippet. 19tts, very game and works all legal quarry, good little ferreting bitch and marks 100% and good turn of pace, sire, is 3/4whippet1/4greyhound 23tts (lynnperry bred i think) very very quick dog, very good rabbiting dog day or night, very good ferreting dog marks 100% . these pups are all black with white flash's on their chests and some have white toes. £175 each. tel 07812 769699 or pm for more info., i'm near rochester in KENT. all the best mick

    maybe i was misinformed (SP) on buck or breay using a bull blooded terrier very early on in the breeding program they had, but i was only told this, and also that they used this dog as a seizure dog at the end of a dig, but then maybe i was told wrong again???? all i do know is that they only bred from the gamest /best working terriers that they had or could use,,, not like nowa days where the dogs are churned out for profit,, with hardly a thought about working abilaty(SP sorry),,

    Pipey, i think it a bad thing to be adding any sort of bull blood to these little dogs,, frank buck and ceril breay did though it was many many years ago but then so many other types of terrier went in to the mix that gave rise to most of the good patts today.. Too much bull blood creates too much hardiness and as a result NO brains, these dogs are likely to steam straight in and recieve severe punishment, when worked to certain quarry :whistle: just my personal opinion here And just like alimac said, if it aint broke why try to fix it..!! ther are plenty of good bred patts ab

    If my memory serves me right, the vets said that my terrier died of a mixture of nastys caught from that ratting session, either true or not i know that i do not want the same to happen to my other dogs so i take them to the vets once a year to have the done, but as scallwag said my vet rotates these boosters as to not affect their immune system,,

    in that case pitbull, it just depends on what you like the look of out of the terriers about today, you say that you admire their gameness, sometimes i think certain lines can be too game/no brains...! i'd sooner have a dog/bitch that stnds off a bit but yet wont be bullied if you get me..? just my honest opinion, cant see the point in ya dog getting bashed to bits through no brains then having to be laid off work for a week or two.. the patts take some beating but then so do a good bred lakie or jr..
