hello lads alot of chat and info wanted about locater and collors there alot of lads on here asking about, thread after thread of the the same question so there another thread going (http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/topic/183878-help-on-choosing-ortovox/) in the review section i would like to have it all there in one thread save others time look back on old threads, any input into this thread would be great all the best sounder

cheers for the replys lads yes we are still luck enough to be able to use our dog to the full, i am even more lucky to be able to hand down what i know to jnr and even learn things from him when we are out and about thats what it all about atb sounder

over christmas it was very cold here hard frost and snow, we were out checking earth's hoping to get a fox to ground for my young bitch, so one morning we head off sounder jnr two terrier's and irishlassie bull bitch , we tryed afew old spots i know that holds foxes when weather is bad but nothing at home, at one spot the farmer came out for a chat he said that another farmer had duck taking the morning before at 830 in the morning 10 minutes after he let them out, thinking back i remember seen a big fox crossing the road just up passed this lads house one evening about a week before, s

i agree with the above, seen posts on sites of badger digging in other countries loads of replys lol,if i put up a pic of a lurcher on a fox where i am still allowed to do so i told to get it down !!!!!! i dig within the law, terrier will get marked doing what they do best,a lad that never turn on a pc got the rspca call to there door they still be done for a well marked up terrier,some pi on sites are over done,copywrite to pic they can't be used , sounder

as some of ye know from a previous dig a few week back when mushray and scent was up i dug to a young bitch (14 month's) and done very well , she has being out afew times just checking holes just trying to get her to run them as she is still very green, well out today to a place i dug once last season to my waterford dog, it is a rangey earth but not to deep two foot most places, before that we tried a one holer that she had no interest in it, i double checked it with my jack dog again he walked away, so got to the second place, it is in thick cover so i push up into it as danny followed

that was irishlassie lol she was shakeing before he went in lol i was waiting for her to jump in lol fair play to all the kid's that sparred just the thing is keith never got hit back before no sparr's that club is full contact so they do alot of sparring , it take balls for any kid to get in there, thanks for the reply's atb sounder

jnr being doing non-contact karate for abit now, there was a comp that his trainer want to enter him into point sparring just to start him off ,he was mad for it , but when we got there they put him in to continuous sparring for two min's,i think he done well for his size and age and the fact that it was his first time at this, he showed good kick's block's and counter attack, he used his head and the ground he had, he won his first fight but lost his second one to a kickboxer, fair play to you keith, well done sounder
