    Fry the breasts in a bit of butter, put to one side then de-glaze the pan with a bit of red wine, reduce it down and drizzle over the breasts. Serve with mash and veg. Beautiful!

    Hi all, Im after a cheap as chips but usable gun lamp to attach to my scope. It needs to be cheap as the mrs has recently been made redundant and we have just had a baby so cash is tight but I dont want to have to replace it in 6 months time. Anyone got any suggestions / anything for sale? What should I be expecting to pay?

    Hi Diggermad, I notice you are in the Warrington area. Do you know of any local airgun clubs worth joining? I am new to all this (Ive had guns before as a kid but only for dicking about with) and am after advice as I learn

    Hi All, Any edible fish in the Weaver at Northwich? By edible I mean salmon / trout, carp and the like are a bit "muddy" for me. A mate of mine has just bought a property that backs onto the river, Im guessing with a rod licence I can just fish away there with no bother or is this wishfull thinking?!

    Hi all, I am quite interested in foraging and in particular for mushrooms but have no experience whatsoever. So far I have only foraged shaggy ink caps (as that was all I was confident in identifying). Anyone in the Warrington area that could give me some pointers / allow me to accompany them on a trip?

    That's some success rate! I've just ordered a load of business cards. Its really difficult here being in a town as what little land there is has all been covered and mainly by syndicates. I'm determined to get something though!!!

    Hi all, I am a new member, just started shooting (air gun). I live in Warrington Cheshire and am looking for advice and maybe even someone to accompany on their permission to get more of an insight into what I need to learn! (I know this is a big ask and not something that will be offered lightly so am not expecting this to happen overnight). I am interested in other country sports too as well as self sufficiency and survival techniques etc. Thought that I would introduce myself and say HI!
