It's a tough one. the dogs not proven to be a danger,it done what a lot of dogs would in the same circumstance,so no need to destroy it. as for whether the owner is to blame,partly at least.

then i think Thor must be more specificly old English then,the Norse called him Porr the 'p' sounding more like a 'w'. which literally means thunder. it doesnt matter though whether its Thor,Jupiter or Zeus its originally the same god.

Thor's a pan-European god mate,everywhere in Europe had a version of him that was very similar just with a different name,not a real person,a bit like a poet might refer to death as the grim reaper,he represents protection and imo gravity. not a god in the way you think of gods,just a poetic personification of nature.

No it's a much older European symbol brought over by the 'white demons on chariots' who conquered India about 3500 years ago,aka the Aryans. not often used now,for obvious reasons,it was linked most closely to Thor and thought to be the masculine and aggressive form of Mijolnir,which symbolises protection.

QB-we've been over most of this before,the vid i sent you will confirm paganism in Europe is much, much older than any Abrahamic religion. ChrisJones-my only real point was xtianity,islam and any other manipulative cult designed to enslave its followers do no not speak for all religions,most that i've looked into are entirely different to the point where if your only knowledge of 'religion' was xtianity or islam you probably wouldn't class the others as real religions.

i think youre not looking at them from the intended perspective,or youre too fixated on Islam and xtianity. read some zen philosophy,the poetic edda or even just watch a couple of videos of the dalai lama talking on youtube. they're not all the same,some have entirely different outlooks. it's only because of the assosiation with xtianity and Islam that the word religion is now synonomous with ignorance.

Race has nothing to do with this conversation,its another subject entirely. The vast majority of religions are not damaging to anyone,cults like xtianity,Islam and scientology are clearly meant to pacify and weaken the followers making them easily manipulated,they even give them all (at least morally) a duty to 'spread the word' and perpetuate themselves,like a virus. no comparison with Buddhism for example.
